Parents
Merdyn operates an open door policy and parents are actively encouraged to meet staff on a regular basis. I recognise that parents may have strong feelings as to how their child is to be cared for. These are carefully discussed and where possible accommodated.
Merdyn values its relationships with a child's parents and we strive to have a strong relationship built on good communication, trust and mutual respect.
